Examples of systems we have built

Sound familiar?

When manual work starts holding your business back

Reports are compiled manually

Data is copied between spreadsheets and the same work is repeated every time.

→ reports without manual compilation

Data lives in different places

Spreadsheets, CRM, advertising accounts and documents are disconnected.

→ all information in one system

You have to wait for the numbers

To see how the business is doing, you need to ask a member of staff.

→ metrics available without the wait

Spreadsheets no longer fit the process

Too many sheets, copies, formulas and exceptions.

→ a tool built around your process

The right solution depends on the task

We do not propose a complex system where a simple one is enough.

From a problem to a working solution

  1. Understand

    Review the current process.

→ a map of the current process
  2. Find the bottlenecks

    Identify what is worth automating.

    → a list of priorities
  3. Design

Choose the simplest solution that meets the need.

    → agreed business logic
  4. Build

    Create a working version.

    → a working version
  5. Test and launch

    Validate with real users.

    → a tested system
  6. Support

Fix and develop the system after launch.

    → post-launch support

What you receive after launch

Source code, data and access

We hand over the source code and instructions. Accounts are set up on your side, and your data stays with you.

Launch and validation

We explain how to use the system. The trial period lasts up to 30 calendar days, with the exact duration agreed before work begins. During that period, we fix defects in the agreed functionality at no extra charge.

Support you can transfer

New features and ongoing support are quoted separately. You can hand the source code and instructions to another specialist for maintenance.

Why Svod

No unnecessary complexity

We do not propose a separate system if improving the existing process will solve the problem.

Process first, technology second

We choose the technology after understanding how the business works.

Test with the people who will use it

We validate the solution with the people who will use it every day.

Start small

Automate one process first, then expand the system only when needed.

Before we begin

Start with what you already have.

Can we start with Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. We first review your existing records. If a spreadsheet meets your needs, we can improve it by connecting data, adding forms and automating calculations. A separate application is not always necessary.

What if the data is incomplete or we barely have any records?

We start by identifying which transactions and metrics need to be recorded. Then we define a basic record structure and the limits of the calculations. The massage salon accounting system was built almost from scratch.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. We can focus on one process, such as staff payouts or property profit reporting. We agree on the scope of the first version before development starts.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

We can start with a single calculation, report or process. After reviewing the task, we agree on the first stage, the data required, cost and timing. If an estimate requires a closer look at the data, we discuss that next step in advance.

What should I prepare for the first discussion?

Briefly describe how the process works, what you do manually and the result you want. You can share a spreadsheet structure or anonymised example. Access to live systems is not needed at this stage.

Is there a process you still handle manually?

Tell us how it works today. We will look at what is actually worth automating.
